Button to butt an object up against another (without auto layout)

When I’m just ideating on a new design and don’t want to use auto-layout yet, it would be really nice if there were a button that allows me to quickly move an object to butt up against another object. Something like the alignment buttons, but I don’t want to align the object to the sides of the frame.
