Dear Figma, I would kindly ask to give users control over interface. Even in Adobe I can tailor my setup. I don't need a floating bar, I would like to customize my interface and make in more like original UI. 
Please keep in mind Figma is a tool! not fancy game or app. Hiding some functions that was easy to access before to dropdown is very bad move.
