Annotation dragging

I love the annotations feature!

It would be great if I could move an annotation from one frame to another. If the note was made on the wrong screen or an earlier iteration, I’m currently just copying and pasting the text from the annotation attached to the old frame to the new annotation on a new frame. 

Also a keyboard shortcut to quickly tag the annotation would be handy.
