AI Credits Available, but Access Is Blocked

The system is showing that AI credits are still available, but AI features remain unavailable and display an “out of daily AI credit” message. This creates a mismatch between the user’s remaining credit balance and the access state shown in the product.

Hey ​@islam alsoultan, happy to help clarify what you're seeing here.

Your Starter plan includes 500 AI credits per month (you have 240 of those remaining), but there's also a separate daily limit of 150 credits. You see the "out of daily AI credit" message when that daily limit has been fully used, which is what's happening here. The 0/150 you're seeing means your daily allowance is exhausted for today, even though your monthly balance still has credits left.

These are two separate enforcement layers working independently:

  • Monthly balance, resets on July 1 for your account
  • Daily limit, resets at the start of each new calendar day

So you're not blocked indefinitely, your daily credits will reset tomorrow and you'll be able to use AI features again. Your monthly balance of 240 credits will still be there waiting.
