In the meantime, since you mentioned you weren't able to cancel, this resource covers the standard path: Cancel or renew a plugin subscription. From your Figma settings, open the Community tab, find the subscription under Community purchases, and select Manage subscription to cancel from your Stripe portal. Canceling stops future charges, and you'll keep access through the current billing cycle.

If the subscription doesn't appear under Community purchases, mention that when the Product Support team reaches out via your case β€” it helps them confirm how the subscription is billed.
