Hello Figma Support,

 

I recently received a charge of $180.97 for multiple Professional Full Seats on my Figma team.

 

I am a university student and was using Figma for a class team project. I invited my teammates so that we could collaborate on the project and edit files together. However, I did not realize that granting edit access would automatically create paid Professional Full Seats and result in additional charges.

 

I did not intentionally purchase 5 Professional Full Seats, nor was I aware that inviting team members for collaboration would generate this level of billing. The team was only created for a temporary school project, and the charge came as a surprise.

 

As soon as I became aware of the issue, I reviewed the team settings and removed the unnecessary paid seats.

 

Would it be possible to review this charge and consider a refund or billing adjustment as a one-time exception? I would greatly appreciate your consideration.
