피그마 교육인증에 문제가 있습니다.

학교 이메일로 로그인되어있고, 모든 학생 정보를 맞게 입력하였는데도 사진과 같이 “현재 본인 확인에 어려움이 있는 것으로 보입니다. SheerID 지원팀에 문의해 주십시오. 자격이 있다고 생각하시면 고객 센터를 확인하거나 SheerID 지원팀에 문의하세요” 라고 뜨며 교육 인증이 진행되지 않습니다. 1년이상 교육 라이센스를 잘 사용해왔고 인증이 만료되어 재인증을 시도하였으나 진행이 되지 않아 도움이 필요합니다..

We don't currently offer support in Korean on Figma Forum, so I hope it's okay that I'm replying in English. If you haven't already, please get in touch with SheerID directly at figmasupport@sheerid.com. I'm not able to access or adjust verification requests from this public thread, but SheerID can review your application and work with you directly on it.
