이상언

모든 모델들이 아래와같이 에러가 나오는데, 해결 할 방법이 있나요?

1번 사진에 프롬프트에 명령을 하면 채팅 기록 요약 중 이라는 문구만 오래 나타나다가

2번 사진처럼 오류가 발생합니다.

다른 프로젝트에서는 프롬프트가 정상적으로 작동합니다.

At the moment, we don’t offer support in Korean, so I’ll continue in English. If anything I say is unclear, please let me know- I’m happy to clarify. 

 

To help us investigate what might be causing this, could you please check a couple of things:

  1. Are you connecting through any VPN/Proxy or other network security tools (e.g. Zscaler)? Does connecting to a different network or disabling any VPN/Proxy connections help resolve the issue? 
     
  2. Can you please try opening these two links and let us know if the pages load showing "OK" on the screen or if they load blank?

      If either of these links load blank, can your IT team please ensure that Figma's domains (listed below) are explicitly allow-listed as described in Adjust your network settings?
