2월만 사용했고, 3, 4월은 사용하지 않았습니다.

월간 결제라고 생각해서 월간만 이용하는 줄 알았는데 이후에도 자동으로 결제 되고 있더라구요.

3, 4월 결제 환불 부탁드립니다.

We don't currently offer support in Korean on the forum, so I hope it's okay that I'm replying in English.

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I've opened a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team. Your case number is: 1857844, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend cancelling your plan now to prevent any further charges while the refund request is being reviewed: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
