When verifying a student, if I click the link in the verification email, an error message like the one above appears. The same issue occurs even if I try again; is there a way to fix it?
Sorry to hear you’ve having some trouble with the verification email, especially since you are running into the same issue when you try again. I don’t speak or read Korean, but when I translate the message it states that it’s unable to authenticate you. Is that correct? If so, you should contact SheerID at figmasupport@sheerid.com so they can help you out. While we’re unable to help with authentication, they’ll be able to assist you.
