에듀케이션 승인 안됨

기존에 에듀케이션 계정으로 사용중에 1년이 지나 만료되어서 다시 인증을 시도했지만 문서가 본 제안에 자격이 있음을 입증하기에 불충분합니다 라는 답변을 받았습니다. sheerid 측에서 요구한 서류를 첨부했으며 이전에는 인증에 문제가 없었기 때문에 figmasupport@sheerid.com에 정확히 어떤 문제인지 문의했으나 기다리라는 말뿐 어떤 해결책도 제시받지 못했습니다. 현재 이 문제로 인해 학업에 많은 지장이 생기고 있기 때문에 빠른 대응 부탁드립니다.

I do not speak Korean, so I hope it is ok that I am replying in English. I understand the urgency here, and the impact it is having on your studies. For education verification, SheerID verifies with your school issued email address, and it looks like the forum account you are using is associated with a personal email address. Is this the same email you used previously to try and re-verify? And does your school issue you with a student email address? 

If so, email mismatches are a common cause of insufficient documentation. Two things that commonly cause rejections: documents need to show current enrollment (enrollment letter, registration, or dated transcript; a syllabus won't work), and any VPN needs to be off when you submit.

학교에서 발급받은 이메일이 아닌 다른 메일을 사용하고 있었기 때문에 재학증명서, 재적증명서, 졸업예정 증명서, 교육비 납입 증명서를 첨부했지만 반려당했습니다.

Because I was using an email other than the one issued by the school, I attached the certificate of enrollment, certificate of enrollment, certificate of expected graduation, and proof of tuition payment, but it was rejected.

Here's what's likely happening: SheerID sends the same "insufficient documentation" message for most failures, including ones that have nothing to do with your documents. In your case the documents probably aren't the problem, the email is. For higher education students, SheerID checks that your Figma account's email domain matches your institution. When it doesn't, the application can fail before your documents are really weighed. Again, does your school issue a student email address? 

 

If yes, that's your easiest fix. In your account settings, change the email on your existing account to your school address. Don't create a new account, or you'll leave your files behind. Then, re-apply at figma.com/education/apply. If your school doesn't issue student emails, you may still be eligible, but our team will need to manually review.
