Depending on when you cancelled your subscription, the charge may not be for a new term or a renewal of the plan. If you had any pending, prorated charges on your account, theyย usuallyย appear on the following invoice, since it wasnโ€™t billed in the prior term. It looks like you had a Collab seat upgraded to a Full seat after your most recent cancellation, which is why you saw this invoice.

The support team should be able to clarify and help directly with this. My team here on the forum isnโ€™t able to assist with Billing issues, but I saw that you also reached out to support on ticket #1902714. Iโ€™ve escalated your ticket on your behalf, so they will be in touch as soon as theyโ€™re available.
