Hello.

I recently encountered a hard limit message

“You've reached the monthly limit for this beta feature, which resets Jul 31, 2026”

on the Figma AI Agent chat.

Following the announcements after I attended CONFIG 2026, our team integrated right away the AI Agent directly into our active production pipeline with the expectation of free to create unlimited designs and plugins” (Which was often suggested during keynotes at CONFIG 2026) during the beta phase. While I fully understand the need to balance compute load and infrastructure constraints during the beta testing, the lack of in-product quota indicators or upfront usage limits, created a real unexpected bottleneck in our current sprint projects.

Could you kindly review my account and my teams account to see if a temporary cap extension is possible for this usage cycle, or share explicit usage guidelines so my team can accurately budget our team's workflow execution moving forward?

Hey @KGlobal — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for sharing these details. It's great to hear your team has leaned into Figma agent, and I'll be sure to pass your insights along to the product team.

You’re correct that Figma agent is free to use during the beta and doesn't consume AI credits. Alongside that, there are monthly usage limits on the feature during this phase, which help us manage capacity while it's free in beta. The message you attached is the in-product notice that appears when you hit that limit — it resets each month and won't affect your credit limits for other AI features.

On explicit usage numbers: I can’t access and share specific limit figures while the feature is still evolving in beta. I know that makes budgeting harder on your end in the near term, though this feedback is useful for the product team as they shape where this goes.

For your account and team, the best path is our Product Support team. They can take a closer look at your usage details and account setup and advise on options. You can reach them by opening a ticket through the Support Hub.

We'll also keep these resources updated with the latest as this feature continues to get dialed in:

Hope this helps bring more clarity — let me know if any questions remain. 🙏🏻
