Hi there, thanks for reaching out and for sharing that screenshot! As the notification indicates, this is a billing issue on the organization side, the best next step is to reach out to your Organization admin(s) directly and ask them to contact our support team to resolve it.
They can reach us via the Support Hub: Figma Support / Type “Billing issue, contact an agent” / Click Start a chat / Select Enter and follow the prompts. Thank you!
