'You can’t access this resource' error

Hi!

Few days ago i was working ona draft project in desktop Figma app and later on when i finished i closed the window. Today i tried to find the file and it was gone.. The name of the file is ‘Semplice website’. After some time i went to three dots on the right side of the main window to Recently closed files and there it was. When i open it, there is an information:

You can’t access this resource
Contact the owner, an admin, or support for assistance.

I tried to copy and open link and ask for request access to it but i didn’t get any email with this request
Can i get my files back somehow?

Do you happen to still have the file link for the missing draft? That would be the most helpful way for us to investigate further. You might be able to find it by checking:

• Your web browser’s history

• Any past conversations where you may have shared the file

• The File > Recently Closed menu in the desktop app

If you can share the URL(s), I’ll take a closer look and see what can be done. If you don’t want to share this publicly, feel free to send me a DM and let me know under this post.

Hi, it’s been a few days and i still don’t have the access to the file. Could somebody help me please?

Gayani, who was helping you out with this has been out of the office, but I’d be happy to pick up where she left off. 

From what I can see on my end, while you are the file’s creator, you are also currently only a Guest viewer for the file you linked. The file has inherited permissions from the team that it currently has been moved into: Super girls. You’ll want to reach out to the team Admin, Oliwia, directly to have them share edit access to the file or have the file moved back into the original team, where you originally had edit access.
