It seems that my Education Plan has been verified for the wrong Figma account.

Here are the details:

  • Correct account that should be verified: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

  • Account that was mistakenly verified: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

Could you please help me transfer or correct the Education Plan verification to the correct account (redacted by the moderator due to PII)?

Our Education team handles all requests to update the email on a verified EDU account. To start your request, please fill out this form: Request to Move Figma EDU Status. Please note, requests are reviewed in the order they’re received, and response times can take up to 5 business days.
