Hi! My company has been having trouble getting ahold of someone at Figma and we are not thrilled with the support bot. 
We would like to talk with a human about our plan accidentally being bumped up to the wrong plan. 
We had Pro and want to stay there, but we got invoiced for the organizational plan. 
-Now, it seems like we are stuck...

I completely understand how frustrating this must be. We’re not able to assist with Billing issues here on the forum, but I took a look at the Figma plan associated with your forum account.

It looks like Jayne from our support team already replied to you on Monday on ticket #1385787. Did you receive the reply from our support team via email? If not, I’d be sure to check you spam/junk folder just in case it landed there by mistake. 

Jayne just needs your confirmation to downgrade your plan in order to refund and have you be able to re-subscribe to the Pro plan. Please continue working with support directly via email, or let me know if support’s replies are not successfully reaching you.

We’ll do our best to get you connected and have this taken care of as soon as possible.
