Wrong billing

We have already purchased and paid the annual Figma subscription fee for 7 users until this time next year in the amount of €468.00.

However, it appears that we are being charged again for the same subscription period. Attached you will find all proof and supporting documents related to this payment.

Could you please review this issue and clarify why a new invoice has been issued?

For security and privacy reasons, I’m not able to review billing or account-specific details here on the forum. That said, I can see you’ve already reached out to our support team (Ticket #1897391), and they’ll be able to take a closer look at the invoices and clarify exactly what’s going on.

In the meantime, just to provide a bit of context:
Your annual subscription covers the seats you had at the time of purchase. If any additional paid seats (Full, Dev, or Collab) are added afterward on a Professional plan, those can be billed separately on a monthly basis, which can sometimes result in additional charges.
