Why my account has been suspended?

My other account has been suspended as well. I already reported the issue to the official support team by email, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I have many important files in that account, and the suspension has seriously disrupted my work and caused significant financial losses. I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

Hey ​@Game, sorry to hear about the disruption this has caused! 

I’ve checked internally but wasn’t able to locate a support ticket linked to this issue yet. If you have a support ticket number, could you please share it with me? Once I have that, I’ll be able to look into this further and help escalate it with the appropriate team. If you don’t have a support ticket number I can create a new ticket on your behalf.
