When exporting lots of different sized creative assets, Figma occasionally adds an additional 1px horizontal white line below and to the right of exported frames (JPEG) This occurs even if the artwork is on whole pixel x and y co-ordinates?

Our team corrects this issue by scaling down the assets by -0.01 pixels on both dimensions and exports again, but it appears there is a miscalculation occurring on export, and the frames are being exported incorrectly and at a larger size (Additional pixel on both edge)? 
 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
