Why is "Clip content" option invisible for the developer?

Hi,
When I transfer my designs to the developer, if I apply “clip content” to my page that has overflows (to apply scrolling in prototyping mode), it is impossible for him to see the elements that go beyond the limit that is fixed. I am obliged to uncheck “clip content” to let him see all the elements, which is a hassle.
Can you fix it in the DEV mode or is there a workaround to achieve this without having to check/uncheck that “Clip content” box before design handoff?

To avoid toggling "Clip content" when handing off designs, consider using an overflow scroll container within your design tool. In development, the CSS overflow: auto or overflow: scroll can be applied to the relevant container. This allows the developer to implement scrolling directly without needing to adjust design settings. If the layout requires hidden content, developers can use overflow: hidden or similar properties to ensure elements are clipped, preserving your design intent.
