Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in Figma AI features. Looking at the screenshots you provided, I suggest double checking which type of plan you're currently on. At the moment, Figma AI features are available to paid plans. For example, if you're on the Starter plan or using Figma for Education, the features won’t appear as available. I've been using Figma for a while now, from account creation to recent usage, but I'm not seeing the latest AI features that Figma recently announced. My account seems up to date, but AI tools and other new features are not appearing.

Could someone help me understand:

• Are these features available to all users or only specific plans?

• Do I need to enable something in my settings?

• Is there a region-based rollout?

• How can I make sure my account is eligible for AI and other new features?

Any guidance or official support would be appreciated. Thanks!
