Why are some of my Screenshot images working while others are not

I was using figma web, and I was taking screen shots via Windows ctrl+shift+s or other methods, I noticed when I make a box and paste it in it shows in the preview before my screenshot images were not showing and that had really frustrated me. However, I am ok for now. Thank you for your readily response.

I completely understand how frustrating is must be to not have your screenshot images working consistently. Can you please elaborate more on what is happening? Are some images loading while other are not? Is this happening in Figma, FigJam, or Figma Make? 

With a few more details and a screenshot of what’s happening, I can help you troubleshoot.
