Question

Why are my component variables in Figjam not previewing? They are showing up as blank boxes.

I successfully added a library to Figjam and was able to create a sticker out of my component but check I click on the variants icon I’m seeing blank boxes rather than previewing my various variants. I tried refreshing the cache on my desktop but no luck.

    Our engineering team took a closer look at this and confirmed that what you’re running into is tied to a long-standing bug. At the moment, we don’t have a reliable timeline for a fix, which we know isn’t ideal.
     

    We recognize how disruptive this can be, and it’s something the team is actively tracking as we continue improving FigJam. Feedback like this helps keep issues visible and prioritized, and we really appreciate you raising it. Please rest-assured that this is on the team’s radar for improvement.

      Our team just pushed a fix for this issue and are now actively monitoring. Please refresh FigJam and let us know if you’re still not seeing your component variables.
