Why am I being charged for an account I canceled?

Canceled my account and was sent an email that no further charges would happen but charges did happen later. I don’t know what it is with these stripe account or any SF technology company using AI to charge, but I get charged months after I canceled and can’t find a single LLM that answers the questions right. If revenues are high I wonder if its because LLMs used by companies like Figma have a charter to tell them not to get bullied by the subscriber and to aggressively persist on charging cancelled accounts. It has happened three times with Cursor and now one time with Figma.
