I understand that you received two bills for the same seat.

 

I see on our backend system that you’re the owner of a Professional plan team on a monthly subscription. If you received two charges for the same seat type within the same billing term, it’s possible that one of the scenarios listed in There are additional charges in my Figma bill applies to your case. However, for security and privacy reasons, we can’t handle specific billing issues here on the Forum, so I’m unable to go into further detail about your particular situation.

 

I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1614890) on your behalf so our support team can assist you directly. You’ll receive an email notification for the ticket at the address associated with your account.

Once you receive it, please reply to the ticket email with as much information as possible about the bill (for example, screenshots of your invoices).
