Where has "Reset component state" gone?

It was there 3 hours ago (in the unnecessary expand/collapse section. I ALWAYS want to see that setting, and if you insist on putting in an expand/collapse section, for goodness sake PLEASE let it remember it’s last state so I can open it and see it forever more!!)

    I test the scenario. 

    Reset Component State is only Visible when we use a Component Set and then use It’s Instance in a frame.
