It feels like Figma has been biased in releasing new features to the USA first, which seems completely unfair. I believe I have the right to take legal action against this pattern of favoring one country, where users there get to explore and access features first. It’s been almost a year since I’ve seen any new features for our corporate account. While we can download the latest version of the software, the UI appears to be manipulated based on who logs in. This adds another layer of hypocrisy in deciding which organizations, especially larger ones, get access before smaller ones. I plan to dig deeper into this matter and take it to court soon.

I completely understand your frustration with the rollout process of new features. But I also want to clarify a few things first: UI3 was announced at Config on June 26, 2024, rolled out to all users on October 10, 2024, and became the mandatory default interface on April 30, 2025. It is already available globally and has not been limited to any specific country or organization size.
That said, since you're on an Organization plan, your experience with AI features specifically may be affected by your organization's admin settings. Organization admins have full control over AI access. Admins can enable or disable AI tools for the entire org or at the workspace level. If AI has been turned off, members won't see any AI features regardless of their plan.
To help us understand what's going on, could you share a screenshot of your current Figma interface? That will let us see exactly what you're seeing and figure out the best next step.
We have checked all our admin privileges and screens and tried all our ways to update but we didnt get any update.

You are indeed already on UI3, but based on what you've described, it sounds like you may actually be waiting for the new left navigation bar announced at Schema 2025. If so, please know that this is still gradually rolling out to users, so it expected and not everyone has it yet.

Are you completely sure it will take more than six months to roll out our new feature to paid enterprise subscriptions? Just admit that other countries are given lower priority. You have all the resources to release new features, yet no team to update them for all users in under six months. Stop this hypocrisy.
