Website Not Displaying

Royale admin

Hello everyone. I need some support. I have work on a very long project for weeks and tonight Figma Make stopped displaying the website with these on the screen;

Healthcare infrastructure is loading...

If you're seeing this message, the Figma Make build system is experiencing a CacheStorage error. This is a platform-level infrastructure issue, not a code problem.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Hard refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Clear browser cache completely via DevTools
  3. Try opening in an incognito/private window
  4. Wait 5-10 minutes for Figma's server cache to clear
  5. Contact Figma Make support if issue persists

Do anyone know how i can fix this?

Hey @Royale admin , thanks for flagging it! It sounds like there is a browser cache or session issue causing a CacheStorage error.

Can you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try refreshing the preview first by clicking the Refresh preview button at the top of the preview.
  2. Refresh the page and try prompting again.
  3. Duplicate the Figma Make file and start prompting again in the copy if the issue persists.

If you’re still running into issues after trying these steps, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team with a copy of your file so they can investigate further.
To do that: Go to the Support Hub / Click Start a chat / Type “Report a bug” / Include a direct URL to the file

Please also share edit access to the affected file with support-share@figma.com (our official Support account) so the team can take a closer look. Thank you!
