Want to unsubscribe and cancel

I tried Figma and do not want to continue a subscription. However, in the admin area, the plan is saying “free”, but I was charged $20. Because it is “free”, I cannot cancel myself. But, it is not actually free, hence the charge. To be clear, I want to unsubscribe and cancel, delete. I did not create anything, the trial didn’t work. Help me cancel. The “help” community suggested posting here (seems odd)

I understand the confusion around seeing a $20 charge even though your plan currently shows as free, and that you’d like to unsubscribe and cancel your account.

 

I checked on our end and can confirm that your account is on a Free Starter plan, and I wasn’t able to find any charges directly associated with your Starter team.

To look into this further and review the charge in detail, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1686531) on your behalf so our team can investigate.
