When I add a video to a prototype it remains playing in loop, after disabling “Autoplay” and “Loop”.
Made tests in different pages, with different video assets, and also cleaned Figma’s cache.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know you've cleared your cache.

Could you please share a bit more about your working environment? I'm currently using macOS Sonoma 14.3 on an M1 Pro, and I'm not experiencing this issue in either the desktop or browser app.

If possible, could you share a video recording of the issue? Please include your video settings in the recording as well. This will help us determine if we can replicate the problem on our end.

Thanks for your patience!

Hello. Thank you for your reply.
I’m sending a video with a screen capture.
https://we.tl/t-Ac7oNztHKW

I’m using macOS Sequoia 15.2 on an Intel i9
Video is an MP4 using Adobe Encoder Standard “Match Source - High Bitrate”

I experience the same in the App (which is up to date) and on the Browser (Google Chrome 131.0.6778.267 (Official Build) (x86_64))

I’ve checked with another friend who is also reporting the same issue.

Following my previous reply, I’m sharing my friend’s OS information.
She’s having the same issue on a MacBook Pro M2 running macOS Sequoia Version 15.1.1

Hi @Manuel Garcia ,

Thank you so much for sharing the video and OS information! I’m checking with our internal team, so I will get back to you when I have any updates that I can share with you!

Toku

Running through a similar issue with MP4 and WEBM videos here, using Mac OS 15.2 and Figma Desktop App version 124.7.4.

Hi @Manuel Garcia @Rafael Marin

Thank you for flagging this again!

Our product team has confirmed that this was unexpected behavior and it should now be fixed. Could you try reloading the tabs to see if the prototype works as normal?

Please let me know if you still encounter the issue.

Thanks,
Toku

Hi @y_toku .
Yes, it’s working.

Thank you
Manuel
