Added a version to the version history. It saved to the version history with my notes in the description, but when reviewing the versions, it showed a different user has created that version and added notes.
In this screenshot, I am user two, a different user is user one.
I saved both “Components” and published “components” in the version history - they should both be me.
Is this a known bug? How do I fix this issue?
