Verify my Education Plan. Verification Limit Exceeded

I need to get my Figma account verified for school on the Education Plan. I contacted SheerID who told me my account has already been verified on their end and given me the verification ID and all that.

I contacted Figma’s support chatbot who was useless but told me to email Figma Education, which I did. I did not get a reply after a week, so I emailed again. I still haven’t gotten a response.

This is important and I need to get it done ASAP. I would like a human person to help me with this.
