I have just recently verified my education status but I still cannot change my team to an education plan. I have tried the guide but was unable to find anywhere that verifies that the team I want to upgrade is for educational purposes. Could someone help me with verifying if my plan is being processed properly? Thank you in advance.

Verified Education Plan but Cannot Change team to Edu Plan

I understand that your Education status was recently verified, but you're having trouble upgrading your team to the Education plan using this guide.
I checked on our end and wasn’t able to locate an student application associated with your account. However, It looks like you have access to a team (104835031's team) that’s currently on the Education plan.
This might suggest that you joined the Education plan team before verifying your Education status.
Could you double-check that you’ve gone through the Education verification process? Also, is it possible that you may have used a different Figma account when applying?

Log in to Figma using the account you want to use for the Education plan.

Visit the Education application page: https://www.figma.com/education/apply
