I am an educator using Figma for my class and can’t verify - I’m the only one unable to edit the shared board which is frustrating. I have emailed both SheerID and the Figma education team multiple times. SheerID keeps resolving my ticket with no explanation or solution. I think I might have initially been blocked because I am overseas using a VPN or because my legal name is different from my school name? I’m just guessing, goodness knows why, they won’t tell me…
A disappointing experience. Please help reset the verification limit asap - we’re moving through the semester already.
