I am currently a college student at Collin College and have been experiencing ongoing issues with a “verification limit exceeded” message for some time now.
I contacted SheerID regarding this issue and received response:
Since you already have an approval yet cannot access the student plan, please contact Figma directly at education@figma.com, as SheerID only handles verification and does not have access to account-specific information.
You can provide them with the verification details below:

- Date Verified: January 14, 2026
After that, I contacted Figma directly and unfortunately no response.
You are my last hope guys!!
I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resetting my verification attempts so that I can verify my Figma account and continue my coursework without interruption.
