Verification Limit Exceeded - Need Help Resetting For Figma Student Plan

I want to verify myself for Figma, but every time I try, a website or pop-up appears saying “Verification Limit Exceeded”. The problem is, I need Figma for my vocational school, which makes the whole thing a bit problematic.

I need help.

I am grateful for any help I can get.

Hey ​@web53-j.ulrich, thanks for reaching out! From what you’ve described, it sounds like you may be hitting the “Verification Limit Exceeded” state. In these cases, the verification attempts are fully managed by SheerID, they’re the only team that can reset that lock. Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually review documents or override eligibility directly on our side.

Thanks for your reply, but I sent already four or five times an email to the support and I received answers, but nothing happened. I have the understanding, that the team of SheerID has a lot of work and I’m not the only one who didn’t get the access for the full version of Figma. But I don’t have the time of the world that something happen, I need it for my vocational school and every day it’s not working, is one day less for my school projects and in general.

I’ve raised this internally with our Education team to see what can be done from our side and to help unblock things as quickly as possible.
