Hello, I am currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree and I receive a “Verification limited exceeded” message everytime I try to verify my status. I am now receiving a message on figma that I will loss my files if I don’t verify my status in the next 7 days. could you kindly resolve this issue.

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into issues with your verification. All Education verifications are handled directly through SheerID (Figma for Education isn’t able to verify accounts manually). I recommend reaching out to SheerID using their support form and CC’ing education@figma.com, explaining your situation in detail.
Please also make sure you’re using your official school email address and that any documents you submit clearly show proof of current enrollment. Thank you!
