Verification limit exceeded error

Hello Figma Education Team,

I’m currently signed in with my student email and was recently prompted to re-verify my Figma Student account. I attempted the verification process several times, but encountered some issues that prevented successful verification. Now, I’m receiving an error message stating “Verification Limit Exceeded.”

I have also reached out to SheerID but they have not solved the problem.

I rely on Figma for my academic work and ongoing coursework, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset my verification attempts or allow me to re-submit my student credentials.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support — I truly appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue using Figma for my studies.

Hi ​@김혜나 - sorry for the trouble with verification.
Can you let me know what communication you received from SheerID, or if you did not receive a response at all? I know it’s been a while since you posted this, so I want to check in. 

From the limited visibility I have, it looks like you may have gotten your education status situated already, but if that’s not the case, let me know.
