Hello Figma Education Team,
I’m currently signed in with my student email and was recently prompted to re-verify my Figma Student account. I attempted the verification process several times, but encountered some issues that prevented successful verification. Now, I’m receiving an error message stating “Verification Limit Exceeded.”
I have also reached out to SheerID but they have not solved the problem.
I rely on Figma for my academic work and ongoing coursework, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset my verification attempts or allow me to re-submit my student credentials.
