I had figma free education plan which i applied for now they emailed me to re-verify by september 29 or I'll lose those pro features now I joined figma recently a month back i have re-applied for verification but they say i have exceeded limit for verification or availed this offer. I have no clue how to solve this i have contacted Sheer Id support team too.

+ verificate my figma edu paln , so i upload my university official Certificate doc, student id card, and timespread.
but my file is not pass. again,again. than, over verification limit. i so tired.
please check my Student Verification step. and limit over

Because SheerID fully manages the verification process, we don’t have a way to review or override their decisions directly.
