Verification Limit Exceeded (Education Plan) - Error (Looks like you've already been approved for this offer)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently a student working on publishing and design projects that require Figma, and I rely heavily on it to keep up with my classes.

I recently tried to apply for the Figma Education Plan, but the system shows a message saying “Looks like you’ve already been approved for this offer.” and or “Verification Limit Exceeded”. 

(Regarding the “Verification Limit Exceeded”, I deleted my previous account and is making a new one with the same email (We were advised to delete it and try it again...)

 

However, I can’t see any Education Plan details, when looking for it in the free option together with the other plans. The only available plans are the starter, professional and organization. 

Because of this, we were advised to use the Starter Plan for the sometime, but its limitations (file/team restrictions, access concerns, etc.) are making it hard to work efficiently and keep up with my classes and deadlines T-T

 

Already sent a email to the SheerID regarding this and is waiting for a response. Posting and asking here to gain some answers tooo

You mentioned the following:

Can you clarify if this guidance was given to you by SheerID in another conversation, or if this advice was given to you by someone on your end? I know you mentioned at the end you were still waiting for a response from them, but wanted to check.

If you have reached out and not received a response, please give them 7 business days to reply. If you have not heard from them by that point, please let me know as a response here.

Hello ​@ksn - Sorry for the late response since iI got really busy and to answer your question, yes, the advice was given to me by someone. The SheerId already answered and unfortunely, I’ll have to wait for 335 days to get the education plan again since it was activated when I made the account back then but didnt work at all.
