Alex Alli

I had to delete my student account, because an error I made while signing up, I had verified as student. When I recreated the account, using almost identical information, I tried to re - verify, but the limit was exceeded. I tried to reach out to SheerID, but they referred me back to Figma. Since my issue is time sensitive. I was hoping to get a quick reply. But despite numerous attempts, all I got was radio silence. I was hoping to reuse my verification or at least lift the verification limit so that I can get verified. I open a ticket which is #1709060.

Hey ​@Alex Alli, I’ve got great news! This has been resolved! Please note if you delete your account or change your email address after verification, you can lose your verified student status. You should have an email from Figma confirming your access now.
