I am a teacher at a local art and design school in Barcelona, and I have been using Figma in my classes since 2016. In previous years, my students were able to verify their student status without any issues. However, this year they are unable to complete the verification process.
Our students use separate institutional email accounts (G Suite) that are different from our main school domain. When they enter these email addresses, the system does not allow them to verify their student status.
Could you please advise us on how to resolve this issue?
