Vectorize toolbar remains open, even after deleting the frame/image

Hi team,

Here’s what i found, when i select one Image/frame to vectorize, it does makes it vector shapes etc.

After that, if we delete that image from canvas, the toolbar of vectorize still remains open instead of exiting. Is this behaviour is on purpose?
