Hello Figma team,

I urgently need help with my Education Pro verification.

It was mistakenly applied to my personal account instead of my Faculty account.  
I already have an open ticket (#1513033) but no human response so far.  

I am a faculty member at ENSAM (Higher Education, France), and my courses already started this week.  
My faculty account will be downgraded in 5 days if this is not solved, which will block my teaching with students.  

Please escalate this issue to a support agent and transfer EDU Pro to the correct account.

Same problem for a lot of people, like le too. I guess figma will try and manage this for longer than we think…..

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we appreciate your patience with the verification process for your Education account.

I’ve checked your ticket (#1513033), and I can confirm that our Education team is currently working on it. Please keep an eye out for their reply. I’ve also noted that you reached out through the Forum as well.

 

In the meantime, Figma has extended a grace period for users who are in the process of re-verifying their education status. You can find more details in this post:

I just received the answer from SheerID saying "The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer." and now I no longer have access to my education files. 

 

The document I uploaded to get verified is an official letter of the school's director, but written in french. Is that maybe the problem ? 

I see that Official letters are on Figma’s list of suggested docs, so I don't understand the issue. Could you please provide more information ? Also, a member of figma’s education team replied to me saying that Figma’s is granting a few more days to the pending accounts but actually this is not true….
