I urgently need help with my Education Pro verification.
It was mistakenly applied to my personal account instead of my Faculty account.
I already have an open ticket (#1513033) but no human response so far.
I am a faculty member at ENSAM (Higher Education, France), and my courses already started this week.
My faculty account will be downgraded in 5 days if this is not solved, which will block my teaching with students.
Please escalate this issue to a support agent and transfer EDU Pro to the correct account.
