We signed up for a one-year "Design Seat" (Professional Plan) subscription on September 27, 2024. We now want to upgrade to the Organization Plan with a "Full Seat" to access some features we need.
During the upgrade process, we noticed that the 12-month charge reflects the full cost of the new Organization Plan, not including the import fee we've already paid for 12 months since September for the current Professional Plan (Still 5 months already paid). Is it possible to reduce the upgrade fee? We'd rather not lose the value of our current subscription just by upgrading to a higher-tier plan, and we can't wait until September to finalize our current annual subscription.

PS: We tried to communicate with support and sales 6 days ago and still no response at all to escalate our requirement.
