Hi,

I need immediate assistance regarding an unauthorized charge on my account.

**Details:**
- Account: [email redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]
- Charge: USD 16.50
- Date: September 17, 2024 at 18:35 (KST)
- Charged to: Hyundai Card
- **Issue: I have NEVER created a Figma subscription**

I did not authorize this charge. This is either a fraudulent transaction or a system error.

**Requested Actions:**
1. Verify if an active subscription exists on this email
2. Cancel any subscriptions immediately
3. Process an immediate full refund
4. Investigate how this charge occurred

Please escalate this to your support team urgently. I'm also filing a chargeback dispute with my card issuer if this is not resolved promptly.

Thank you.

Hey @이수영, thanks for reaching out!

I'm not able to look into or share account-specific details here on the public forum, but I've gone ahead and opened a support ticket on your behalf so our customer support team can dig into this properly.

Your ticket number is #2137813, and you should hear from the team by email shortly.

We sometimes see this exact situation trace back to a second Figma account under a different email. A work address, or one linked through Google sign-in, for example. If that sounds familiar, flagging it there will help the team track down the charge faster.

If you move forward with a dispute through your card issuer at the same time, that can pause our ability to review or act on anything from our side until the bank's dispute is resolved.

Our customer support team will take it from here. Feel free to reply here too if anything changes in the meantime.
