Urgent: Unable to Verify Student Status for Figma Education (SheerID Limit)

Hi,

I’m urgently trying to verify my student status for Figma Education, but my SheerID verification failed due to a verification limit. I contacted SheerID for assistance, but they were unable to provide further support and permanently closed my ticket.

I have required coursework due very soon that depends on Figma access, and I’m currently blocked from moving forward. Is there any way to reset the verification attempt, use an alternative verification method, or receive temporary access while this is resolved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
