Dear Figma Education Support Team,

I am following up on my previous email regarding the education verification error, as this has now become a critical issue affecting my entire educational team.

URGENT SITUATION:

  • My education team account is currently fully locked
  • Multiple team members cannot access our work or collaborate
  • We have ongoing projects with deadlines that are now at risk

Original Issue: I cannot complete the education re-verification process for Bangladesh National University. The system shows: "Something went wrong! We are having trouble with the verification process."

Actions Already Taken: I contacted SheerID support for assistance, and they directed me to contact Figma Support directly, as this issue needs to be resolved on Figma's end.

Impact: This is not just affecting me individually - our entire educational team's workflow has stopped. We have critical academic projects and deadlines that require immediate access to Figma.

Immediate Request: Could someone please:

  1. Prioritize reviewing my verification manually?
  2. Temporarily restore team access while the verification is processed?
  3. Provide an alternative verification method I can complete immediately?

I have all necessary documentation from Bangladesh National University ready to submit immediately in any format required.
