Dear Figma for Education Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to follow up on our verification process for Figma Education Bootcamp Application

We recently submitted our application for Figma for Education verification as a trusted bootcamp provider. but until now we have not received any response. Our bootcamp is already running, and participants are currently working on their final projects, with Figma as the main learning and collaboration tool.

At this moment, we kindly request for your support to help us expedite the verification process, as our program is currently ongoing.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing our verification request as soon as possible, given the urgency of our academic schedule.

If your bootcamp admin has already registered through the Figma EDU Bootcamp Application form (Quick reminder: bootcamp users are now verified by their bootcamp admin), you can email bootcamps@figma.com for any bootcamp-related verification or access questions. Our Education Team will be able to help you there. Thanks!

Thank you for your response and guidance. We would like to clarify that we have already sent emails to bootcamps@figma.com, education@figma.com, and also to the SEED Verification team, but unfortunately, we have not received any reply so far.

Since our bootcamp is already ongoing and participants are now in the final project stage (with Figma as their main tool), we are in an urgent situation.

Could you kindly confirm if Figma guarantees that all bootcamp verification requests will be reviewed and provided with feedback? It would be very helpful for us to know the expected timeline or next steps, so we can ensure our participants do not face limitations in completing their projects.
